PET GAG Film is a high-performance multilayer polyester film composed of a PETG/APET/PETG (A/B/A) structure. The outer layers are made of PETG (Glycol-modified PET), providing excellent transparency, safety, and thermoformability, while the APET core offers high strength and dimensional stability. This unique structure combines the rigidity of APET with the flexibility and impact resistance of PETG, making GAG films ideal for applications requiring clarity, printability, and deep draw capability. GAG films are becoming a preferred alternative to traditional materials like PC and PMMA due to their superior processability, cost-efficiency, and recyclability.

Product Features

• Excellent clarity: : PETG sheet has excellent transparency similar to glass, allowing packaging products or printed graphics to be seen.

Slight scratches on the surface can be eliminated with a hot air gun. Solvent bonding is also a normal operation. It is easier to process than general acrylic, impact modified acrylic or PC board, and can be processed for flocking, electroplating, static electricity and other processing.

Product Application
